So really our 3 year anniversary was yesterday, but I forgot to post it so I wanted to mention it today. We had a great day, nothing big b/c we had bought ourselves season tickets to the musicals in town for next year & that was pricey & all we could afford. Luckily some of our friends had a get together b/c of their engagement so we got to be w/ all our friends. Jerm did get me the Willow Tree "Cherish" which is the one w/ the woman pregnant holding her belly. I love it!!!
We find out the sex today. I couldn't sleep last night b/c I was so excited. I will post as soon as I can afterwards w/ some pics.

The BIG week has arrived
I can barely stand it, but I have 3 more days to wait until I find out the sex of the baby.
We are just so excited we can barely stand it. This weekend while laying out my BF saw the baby move on the outside, I told her Jeremy was going to be so jealous she saw it first.
So last night, while watching TV, I had Jeremy stare at my tummy while I felt the baby moving & he saw it. He also then put his finder on my stomach & was able to feel it. It was neat to see the look on his face, it was a pretty memorable one that I won't forget!!!
The baby has been moving more lately which is nice, but I sitll use the doppler about every other day when I haven't felt something & I take it with me when I go out of town just in case I get antsy.
I was STL this past weekend for my BF's couples shower. I let Jeremy go to a golf tournament instead, so once again I had to make the long drive by myself (& Lucy). Speaking of Lucy, I think all the traveling we have been doing lately has been really affecting her. We are on the go nearly every weekend, and so I think it is hard for her to adjust sometimes, I feel bad, but I want her to be w/ us & if she weren't I figure it would be messing her up even more b/c she still probably wouldn't get to stay home & we wouldn't be w/ her. After this coming weekend, we have 2 weekends at home & then after that we shouldn't be out of town again before the baby is born!!!
Life has been pretty good around here, just relaxing when I can & stressing out all the other times. I wish I could take like 2 weeks off work just to organize my house to feel comfortable about our December addition to the fam, but I can't so oh well.
Sorry I haven't blogged much lately. I still keep up on all my reading, but sometimes I just don't have much to say.
How I felt during week 20:
Great. My face is still broken out a bit, but whatever. I am having more trouble sleeping at night, the body pillow hasn't begun to help yet, right now I am in the adjustment period & that sucks. I love feeling the baby move, I just can't believe it sometimes.
Have a great night!

Halfway pics!!!

Here are my pics at 20 weeks. Sorry about the coverage on my stomach, I think next time I will be pulling up my pants a bit higher.
Yesterday was such a crappy day. It started off w/ Jeremy being rude, and so that put me off for the rest of the day. I just felt that at any moment I could be in tears. It sucked & I am glad I am feeling much better today.
I went out & bought a body pillow yesterday. It kept me up most the night, but I do think it helped my right hip pain and maybe it will help my woddle too. I think it is just going to take some time to get used to.
I how I felt in Week 19.
Pretty good. I like being able to feel the baby, it is so different. It seems the baby is more active at night. Emotionally I have been doing pretty good.
Not much else knew here. Have a great day!

Howdy
Couldn't come up with anything better, sorry.
Thank you all for your comments for my friend Carrie. I know that she really appreciates your thoughts & prayers & so do I.
I think I will do a list like Jen does to update you w/ my life.
1. Lucy is still sick, she threw up 3-4 (can't remember) times in the middle of the night 2 nights ago. She is starving b/c the little parasite is eating her food but she throws up anytime she eats. I am temporarily transitioning her to canned food to help & only feeding her small amounts at a time. She didn't throw up last night so that is good.
2. Stressed b/c I have so much going on right now. I am going to the lake this weekend, so I have laundry, I need to disinfect the house, I need to clean the house, I need to grocery shop, I need to find my new car's bill of sale, I need to transfer tags to new car, I need to renew tags to old car, I am going to a show tonight & we leave tomorrow. Needless to say, last night I was running around w/ my head cut off & annoying Jeremy b/c I was annoyed myself. He was very helpful though & I hope he is again tonight.
3. Oh, I forgot in my free time I need to go to Target & see if they have this Royals hat I wanted to get him for his b-day (Saturday) and go to a locksmith to have them program our keyless remotes for the old car. Yikes.
4. I am going to see High School Musical tonight at an outside theatre. That should be fun, we are going to eat at my fav Mexican restaurant before so I am excited about that too!!
Okay I think that is it, continue to keep Carrie in your thoughts, I know that she is a very strong person and will get through this but right now is obviously grieving and so I want to do anything to make her feel better!!!
Have a good night!

A Hard Day
I got a call from a good friend yesterday saying that his wife had miscarried. His wife is one of my closest friends & he is one of Jeremy's. We were so excited to find out a month ago that they were going to be pregnant the same time as us (which I haven't give up that hope). She had been spotting the last week, but went in for an u/s & saw the heartbeat and so she was starting to relax a bit. I haven't spoken w/ her, so I don't know exactly what happened except for they lost the baby yesterday. They are the only two people that know about my blog (besides Jeremy) and she is actually the one that introduced me to Cyclesista. This blog has been such a lifesaver for me throughout my IF & TCC, and I have her to thank for that. She always is commenting on my blog as anonymous, and so I thought that if you all wanted to leave her a comment on my blog she can read them & hopefully it might help ease some of the pain she is feeling right now. She doesn't have a blog, so this is the only way I knew how to get her the support that I have always felt from you all. I hope you don't mind friend. You are in my heart & I am so sorry for your pain.

YEAH FRIDAYS!
Sorry couldn't come up with anything better so I recycled an old post title.
today was a pretty good day, got a lot done at work, so that is nice.
Lucy was sick, I can't remember if I mentioned that last post. She had thrown up 2 mornings in a row so I took her to the vet. It was awful they gave her 2 shots, one being penicil.lin. I have never seen a dog (or human for that matter) in so much pain. It was awful, I was almost in tears. Needless to say, I told my boss I wouldn't be coming back to work & took her home & we slept the rest of the day. She was feeling much better today.
Cramping has gone away mostly. I have been doing the doppler more to make sure baby is okay & he/she seems to be. I have my find out sex appointment scheduled for July 31st. I can't wait. We were going to try to do it on our anniversary (30th) but Jeremy has training, oh well. I can't wait to tell everyone & call the baby by name.
I got Jeremy to agree on the god parents plan. Looks like if we have a girl, my sister & her husband will be the god parents & if we have a boy, his brother & fiance will be the godparents. I think all parties will be satisfied with that!!!
No real big plans for this weekend, we have a friend's wedding tomorrow night, so that should be good times.
Have a great weekend.

18 week pics

Well here are the 18 weeks photos. Hope you like them. I have been cramping really bad today, but I feel the baby doing somersaults every once in a while, so I don't feel too worried, but it is a little uncomfortable. Face breakout came back like I had predicted, what can ya do???? Other than that I am doing pretty good.
My sister's (the one who's husband got the DUI) house got broken into when they were at our house helping w/ our fence. I feel really bad. Hopefully they catch the little bastards that did it.
Also my aunt is doing REALLY good. Thanks for the prayers.
Have a good night.
Image wouldn't add, I'll try again tomorrow, but I am going home now.

A Pretty Good 4th!
Well I had a pretty good weekend. On the way down to the lake on Thursday night, I felt something, and said, "Jeremy, I think I just felt the baby move." Since then the baby has been moving every once in a while, but I have felt it quite a few times each day since. It was so exciting, and I was so glad we were together & no one else was around!!!
Late Thursday night I got a phone call from one of my brother-in-laws that he was getting arrested in the city that I work for the police department. So that was quite the experience. He still got arrested, but I was able to not get the car towed, so that will at least help out w/ their financial situations. I am really hoping that he learns from this. I am pretty sure that my sister told him he could have alcohol or her, and he picked her, so I really hope that he sticks to it. His dad died at 38 of a heart attack and he drank quite a bit, so if he really quits drinking, I am hoping that he might lengthen his life. He is a really great guy that made a bad decision so I am hoping that they can work through it and he learns a lesson. I am very much against drinking and driving, and I don't understand why people just don't take cabs. Seriously even a $50 cab ride is better than a $1500 or more DUI!!!
Anyway, Friday I got a call from one of my sisters that my aunt that was diagnosed for the third time w/ cancer was being rushed to a hospital in Minnesota (from Iowa) and that her kidney's were failing. My parents packed up real fast & headed there (7-8 hour drive). Yesterday she was doing so much better. I think she had a blood infection & that it was making her hallucinate along w/ shutting down her body. Luckily they get medicine in her & she is seemingly back to normal my mom says. We will really worried though. Please say a little prayer for her, she needs it.
Overall the weekend was good, and today was the first Monday in quite a few that I haven't been completely exhausted and tired at work, which is nice. Jeremy & a couple of my brother-in-laws have been working on our fence, and it is almost done. I am so excited & I am sure Lucy is too (she has been stuck inside now for about 3 weeks:( ).
How I felt in Week 17:
I got pretty severe headaches a couple days, but they went away. I have started to feel more dizzy when I stand up fast sometimes. I have noticed in the past couple days that if I sit a certain way, my hoo hoo seems to go numb. Weird? My face has cleared up a bit, but it has done that before, so I know that in a couple days it will probably be back. Oh well. I FELT THE BABY MOVE!!! I think that is it. Overall mentally I have been good, with the help of my Doppler of course!!!
Have a great Monday, I will take 18 week pics tonight & post in the next couple days!

Bad Blogger
Sorry for not updating. I have been tired & busy, but mostly tired. We are doing landscaping in our backyard & my brother-in-law is helping so he has been coming over w/ my sister each night to help Jeremy. I want to have dinner for them to thank them for their help so that is what I have been busy doing at night. I am so ready for tomorrow's work day to be over so we can go to the lake.
I have been feeling really weird all day today. I have been having pains in my chest under my ribs. They aren't painful but uncomfortable. I have also felt semi-nauseous. Weird, and I want it to go away. I think I will be using the doppler as soon as I get home to make sure doodle is okay in there.
On Monday & Tuesday I had very painful headaches, thank the lord, but they have gone away today, don't know what that was all about.
I how I felt in week 16:
Pretty good. My face still is broken out, which is annoying, but I'll live. Other than that it was the usual, I get tired around 9:30pm & am exhausted by the end of the night, but I think it is b/c the baby is using my energy which is okay by me.
Anyway, sorry again. Hope all is well w/ all of you!!! Have a good night.
